Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Claims Consultants to meet and exceed performance objectives within set parameters.
- Oversee the team's execution of exceptional service standards and process adherence.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, including workload prioritization, claim review and authorization, process compliance, technical product knowledge, system support, performance monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Ensure adherence to business requirements.
- Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives to continually enhance Claims performance.
- Provide input into ongoing process, system development, product opportunities, and process improvement.
- Assist in staffing decisions and recruitment.
- Monitor daily performance against expectations, targets, and improvements.
- Operational Compliance: Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks. Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division. Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
