Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The role involves administration of the certified Quality Management system, compliant with ISO 9001:2015.
The successful candidate will coordinate and contribute to the work of the team consistent with the Quality Management Plan and provide advice on quality assurance processes and business improvement activities.
The officer will build and sustain effective relationships with team members and provide constructive feedback to others as well as work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management requirements
- Organising workflow and timely completion of work within specified timeframes
- Strong interpersonal skills, successful collaboration and effective communication within a team environment
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice on issues to achieve Defence outcomes
- Interpreting, collating, researching and analysing information for audits and reporting activities
