  • Prepare and maintain sales reports for senior management, providing valuable insights into sales performance.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with general ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
