The Role:
This is a pivotal opportunity to spearhead philanthropic growth initiatives, fostering meaningful connections between donors and the university.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will collaborate with a fast-paced team driving philanthropic advancement across various faculties.
- Identify and cultivate major donor relationships.
- Engage internal stakeholders to deliver effective donor cultivation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on donor solicitation techniques to senior stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Strong experience in managing major donor portfolios.
- A proactive mindset, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
