Eastern Palliative Care Ltd is seeking a Fundraising Manager to drive independent philanthropic income benefiting patients and their families.
The successful candidate will deliver strategic fundraising in line with EPC's care identity, engaging with the community and staff to produce authentic results.
This role requires a strong level of autonomy to continue developing and implementing the fundraising strategy for EPC.
Key Responsibilities- Execution and delivery of the fundraising strategy with a focus on scalable digital initiatives that drive growth
- Spearheading digital and social media campaigns, managing the CRM and website to increase donor awareness and conversion
- Drive donor journey mapping and use metrics to understand fundraising trends and goals
- Stewardship of donors of all levels to drive philanthropic goals
- Be an active participant in the growth of the volunteer services program
- Content development and storytelling to deliver authentic campaigns to donors who are engaged in the organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in philanthropy, marketing, communications or similar field
- A proven track record delivering and reporting on fundraising and philanthropy strategies
- End to end campaign management experience
- Strong experience working directly with donors at all levels to ensure stewardship is authentic and successful
- Demonstrated success reaching/surpassing financial targets
- Strong CRM and data analysis experience – Salesforce CRM and plug-ins
- Exceptional written and verbal communications and stakeholder engagement skills
- An empathetic yet commercial nature working in complex organisations
- A desire to work within healthcare, patient care and palliative care
- A positive attitude and the willingness to motivate and lead others
This role is based in the Eastern suburbs in Melbourne. EPC offer flexibility in hybrid working.
Please note – this role is equivalent of 0.84 hours (64 hours per fortnight).
