About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software and hardware solutions.

As a Senior QA Specialist, you will be working closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, develop test plans and build test cases, execute manual test cases, plan and execute integration tests, and track and report on quality metrics.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to drive process improvements and achieve quality goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can take ownership of our QA processes and help us maintain our positive and fun team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software and hardware products
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot defects and improve overall quality
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate product features and functionality
  • Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for product improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our QA processes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA with a strong technical background
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and command-line tools
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes debugging and logs
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured, or similar)
  • Knowledge of industrial network protocols (e.g., CAN, Modbus, SPI, USB, UART, Ethernet)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
