Job Opportunity: Test Leadership Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process for our Open Banking initiatives. This includes developing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing test results, and communicating test status and results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage of our Open Banking platform
  • Collaborate with development, product, and project management teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement
  • Communicate test status and results to stakeholders, providing recommendations for future enhancements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of testers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and tools
