Regional Director for Mine Waste Engineering

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional mine waste engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to represent the Asia-Pacific region within a globally connected team of over 100+ engineers.
- Influence business growth, innovation and strategy across the region.
- Provide technical leadership and deliver projects with impact, supported by a collaborative, technically competent team.
- Work from any location in the Asia-Pacific region, backed by a strong platform of 23+ offices and 1,000+ staff.

Responsibilities:
- Growing and strengthening the team through strategic recruitment and development.
- Inspiring and guiding regional leaders and professionals across multiple states, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Managing financial performance through resource management with the administration team, leaders and other discipline managers.
- Overseeing high-quality technical outputs, ensuring reports meet client expectations, on time and within budgets.
- Developing relationships between internal and external clients.
- Contributing to winning work by identifying opportunities and drawing on existing client relationships.
- Providing advice and assistance to clients, team members and Project Managers on best practices.
- Leading projects, applying deep technical knowledge and project management capability to deliver meaningful outcomes.
