Unlocking Potential in Client Growth
The Client Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic client growth and enhancing client experience at DPV Health. This position is responsible for converting potential client inquiries into new clients, meeting community demands, and strengthening client relationships through a positive onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve positive outcomes for Home Care Packages and other clients accessing DPV Health services
- Ensure all HCP client inquiries are responded to within required timeframes
- Collaborate with clients and their representatives to understand goals and develop a schedule of services aligned with their Home Care Package, reflecting client choice and control
- Conduct assessments based on client needs, Home Care Package, and DPV's ability to deliver against client aspirations
- Manage a caseload of clients' Home Care Packages, demonstrating behaviors aligned with DPV Health values and code of conduct
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma or Cert IV qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or Aged Care
- Must have Home Care Package experience
- Knowledge of My Aged Care and PRODA service provider portals
- Advanced customer service skills (written and verbal) and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret Home Care Package guidelines
- Experience with client management software systems
- Well-developed prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC
- Full driver's license and travel between sites required
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
