About the TeamThe SME & Growth Business team is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams.
The Embedded Finance team enables platforms and marketplace clients to embed financial services—like multi-currency wallets, branded cards, and fast global payouts—directly into their products.
Responsibilities:- Drive the delivery of Embedded Finance deals from implementation kick-off to Go-Live and full ramp.
- Oversight over Go-Live readiness and Go-Live monitoring of your clients.
- Build deep relationships with key accounts to best understand their needs & provide value-based solutions utilising our range of products and services.
- Support you in achieving revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outcomes.
- Forecast & build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business and identify how/when/what success you're driving.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive the best customer experience, share customer insights & help build out the roadmap.
- 5+ years in enterprise or strategic account management, ideally in fintech or complex technology sales.
- Understand lengthy sales cycles and the nuances of enterprise relationships.
- Excel at building rapport across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.
- Project management experience: Simultaneously manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Excited to learn technical concepts and become our internal product champion.
- Creative problem solver: Ambiguity is your friend. Think outside the box, navigate complex structures, and find solutions others might miss.
Payments background: Understanding payments dramatically enhances your success in this role.
