Organisational Transformation and Innovation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Transformation and Innovation Leader to join our team. As a key player in driving organisational transformation and championing innovation, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale organisational change and transformation programs, with a strong background in developing and executing change management strategies, frameworks, and end-to-end plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and frameworks to drive organisational transformation and innovation.
  • Partner with leaders, stakeholders, corporate communications, and product/delivery teams to analyse change impacts, align messaging, and design tailored engagement strategies for different audiences.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, secure sponsorship, and lead engagement forums to ensure activities are sequenced, scheduled, and delivered on time.
  • Mentor teams, enhance internal change capability, and optimise the REA Change Framework through coaching and workshops.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale organisational change and transformation programs.
  • Strong background in developing and executing change management strategies, frameworks, and end-to-end plans.
  • Experience applying recognised change management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
