A Senior Learning and Development Officer is required to work on a government project as an Australian first initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver culturally appropriate e-learning content and blended training programs.
- Identify skills required for the role against a Digital Skills Framework and develop a matrix of skill competencies.
- Engage with stakeholders to define role requirements and co-design models of delivery.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions to build knowledge-sharing capacity across Indigenous Knowledge Centres.
- First Nations People are encouraged to apply.
- 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within community and local council projects.
- Qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning tools.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – work from home offered.
- Unique opportunity to work on a government project.
