About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Allens Corporate Services. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market share growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and pitches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of business growth and development in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
