About the Role

Talent Focus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and overseeing projects related to business development, sales, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business development initiatives, including tendering and bidding processes, to expand our client base and outreach.
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate Tier 2 commercial and government projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Tender Process: Lead the tender process from start to finish, coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Bid Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies and accurate proposals.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols throughout all project phases, fostering a culture of safety compliance among team members and subcontractors.
  • Client Relationships: Research client needs, project specifications, and market conditions for effective bidding, and cultivate client and industry relationships to identify future opportunities.
  • Project Timelines and Budgets: Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reporting to directors and shareholders, demonstrating project performance and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in business planning and sales, preferably in the construction or demolition industry.
  • Project Management: Project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful projects within budget and schedule.
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
  • White Card and Asbestos Ticket: White Card and Asbestos ticket preferred.
  • Australian Unrestricted Driver Licence: Australian Unrestricted Driver Licence.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
