Product Liaison Opportunity

The role of Product Liaison is a pivotal one in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between various teams within an organization.

As the key point of contact, you will be responsible for prioritizing critical issues, resolving or escalating them as necessary to facilitate swift resolution for partners and customers.

">

This involves serving as the conduit between teams that deliver products and those that support them, with a focus on Problem Management.

">

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • Reducing resolution times for critical issues requiring consultation with product and platform teams.
  • Investigating issues raised to identify root causes and potential resolutions.
  • Establishing client context for issues raised and requirements for resolution.
  • Conducting detailed testing on proposed solutions before agreeing to acceptance and deployment.
  • Contributing to ongoing support of product releases in production.
  • Quickly identifying and communicating potential problems, risks, and issues, and ensuring timely follow-up work is done to facilitate favorable outcomes.

Skills required for this role include strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to these skills, proficiency in MYOB Advanced Payroll (desired) and ANZ Payroll legislation would be highly beneficial.
