Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Oversight of the entire product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, production, and launch.
  • Collaboration with designers and partner teams to provide clear briefs and guide designs that meet project objectives.
  • Evaluation of new products against sustainable values and feasibility for effective engineering and manufacturing.
  • Strategic management of timelines, supplier relationships, and budgets to ensure seamless development and delivery.
  • Liaison with marketing, operations, and sales teams to guarantee successful product launches.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and customer needs to inform future product direction.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in product management or a related field within furniture, homewares, or design-driven industries.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to assess design functionality and manufacturability.
  • Proven track record of managing designers and guiding creative development processes.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and ethical production practices.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
