We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event operations at our venue. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing operations or large-scale events within a high-volume hospitality environment.

  • Lead smooth planning, set-up, and execution of events across all spaces.
  • Oversee client liaison, event logistics, and front-of-house service delivery for seamless guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with our brand standards.
  • Manage staffing requirements, rostering, and on-the-day coordination across multiple functions.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across all events.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the event lifecycle.
  • Report on event outcomes, customer feedback, and service quality to inform future improvements.
  • Act as a key operational lead during high-profile events.

  • Proven experience in managing operations or large-scale events within a high-volume hospitality environment.
