Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and executing production events. You'll implement processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, while identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimizing the deployment of production resources.

  • Partner with clients and creative teams to bring forth innovative and experiential solutions.
  • Address client needs by organizing meetings, creating detailed show documentation, and responding to client concerns and questions.
  • Execute project planning using systems and processes.
  • Plan resources and logistics across assigned production work.
  • Partner with Sales teams to provide scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects.
  • Execute program production functions to deliver events at high levels of efficiency within budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and focusing on retention.
  • Reconcile events, delivering wrap reports and ensuring administrative data is entered and reconciled.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
  • Great understanding of the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with clients to understand their needs.
  • Understand different event types and how to create an impact.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.
