Your practice will be consolidated by experience and/or further study, and you will demonstrate ongoing practice development from competent to proficient practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing recovery-oriented consumer support in a community setting
  • Assessing individual consumers' needs, planning, and implementing or coordinating appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options
  • Medication management/education for consumers
  • Using foundation theoretical knowledge and evidence-based guidelines to achieve agreed consumer care outcomes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated competence in a community setting
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in assessment, planning care, evaluation of care, and counseling
  • Experience in basic computing skills
  • Experience in a broad range of mental health clinical settings
  • Familiarity with administering Long Acting Injections (trainings provided)
