Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nursing Support Specialist to join our team at SA Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to consumers.

Salary Information

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package, including RN-1 $72,651 - $99,129 p.a. (pro rata) + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits.

About the Job

This part-time role involves working 29.26 hours per week and requires temporary employment from February 2025 up to February 2026. As a Mental Health Nursing Support Specialist, you will be accountable to the Nurse Unit Manager for the provision of direct mental health nursing care to a designated group of consumers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing services in health service settings
  • Accept accountability for your own standard of nursing care and for activities delegated to others

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate. Additionally, you must be enrolled or undertaking studies toward a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
