Director Opportunity in Residential Development Valuations

Charter Keck Cramer's Residential Development Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team. This position will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment, and mixed-use projects.

This is a key leadership role that involves managing existing client relationships to support workflow, compiling high-quality Valuation reports, and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a concern for high-quality standards, and excellent work organisation skills. They will also be able to mentor the Residential Development Valuation team and identify risk while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client relationships to drive business growth
  2. Compile comprehensive Valuation reports
  3. Pursue new business opportunities through client engagement
  4. Mentor and develop the Residential Development Valuation team
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  1. Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification
  2. API Membership and certificate of compliance
  3. VRBQ Registration
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Attention to detail and high-quality standards
  6. Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
