We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team of experts in shaping the future of business valuation and strategy. Our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance delivers real-world value through innovative solutions.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work with clients to preserve, optimise, raise, or invest capital, leveraging our expertise in valuations for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct valuations of businesses and intangible assets for different objectives.
  • Lead projects within small teams, managing and preparing valuation reports that may include assessment of strategic options and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Critically think, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other project teams, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
  • Experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies, direct experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desired.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, an open, curious mind, and strong teaming skills are highly valued.
