Are you a driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for valuation?
Your RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our team in Brisbane, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in valuation and advisory services.
- You will be responsible for producing high-quality valuation reports under supervision, as well as attending client functions to build relationships and gain market insights.
- Other key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of quotations for valuations, updating databases for valuation purposes, and managing multiple matters and working to deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications that enable membership to API
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A driver's licence
