Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer's Residential Development Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team in Brisbane. This position will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment, and mixed-use, in addition to specialised projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships to support workflow
- Compile high-quality Valuation reports
- Pursuit of client relationships to generate new business
- Manage and mentor the Residential Development Valuation team
- Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation business
Position Requirements
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification
- API Membership and certificate of compliance
- VRBQ Registration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Concern for high-quality standards and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines
