Senior Business Valuations Consultant

As a senior consultant in our valuation team, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes. This may include management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes. You will take ownership of project delivery within each team and be the key person responsible for managing and preparing valuation reports. These reports may include assessments of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modeling and analysis.
To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will also need direct experience utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies, such as market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc. Experience in financial modeling in MS Excel and related software is preferred, as is experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes.
