Capital Asset Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex capital asset valuation engagements across Australia and internationally.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage large-scale valuations for tax, stamp duty purposes, accounting, and reporting.
- Perform site inspections of plant and equipment as required.
- Analyse market data on companies, industries, and transactions to identify key performance metrics and value drivers.
- Deliver detailed valuation reports outlining analysis, key assumptions, and findings.
- Mentor junior team members in asset valuation methodologies.
- Support senior directors in originating client work, including proposal development and thought leadership materials.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tangible asset valuations. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Experience with data analytics software is preferred.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior certification as a Chartered Valuer or progression towards this accreditation is beneficial.
- Ambitious, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills.
