About the Role

This is a key position within Ingenia Communities, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver commercial and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for new community launches, including project brand identity and go-to-market launch and roll-out.
  • Deliver specified commercial outcomes across the business, such as lead generation, cost per lead/cost per sale targets, sales, and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns through traditional channels, such as press, direct mail, radio, and TV, as well as events like expos, product launches, and open days.
  • Manage marketing budgets and prepare budget tracking reports as required.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform strategic marketing plans.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Experience in project marketing or property development marketing, combined with launching new developments.
  • Analytical approach to interpreting customer insights and sourcing channels.
  • Experience working with Sales teams and a deep understanding of lead generation and conversion.
  • Proven experience creating and managing budgets.
  • Experience driving standardization across marketing collateral and processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel within the portfolio and greater business as required.
