Drive operational excellence and efficiency within the marketing department as a Senior Manager Marketing Operations. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of marketing operations and a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the go-to-market implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other key functional areas such as Legal, Operations, and Territory Teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise marketing operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Support the delivery of Partnership & Sponsorship initiatives to ensure Subway brand and business objectives are met and all deliverables are executed to a high standard.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Support contract execution, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities and materials comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that all marketing materials and assets meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the successful execution of marketing initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in marketing operations, project management or related, preferably within the retail or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
