This opportunity will challenge you to provide guidance, support, leadership, and training to caregivers, helping them develop their skills and manage the challenges of their roles.

You will work closely with caregivers to address their concerns, provide personalized coaching, and offer practical solutions to enhance their caregiving experience.

The role requires a strong passion for aged care, particularly in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, and end-of-life care. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care and hold relevant certifications, such as CERT 3 in Individual Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to caregivers to assist them in providing quality care
  • Creating a supportive environment for caregivers to share their experiences, concerns, and emotions
  • Conducting training on client-specific requirements and equipment in the client's home
  • Tracking the progress of caregivers and providing feedback to ensure quality of care
  • Providing administrative support to the People and Culture team

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate caregivers. Leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively are also essential.

A valid Australian driver's license and a reliable car are required, as well as a mobile phone. Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
