Job Description:

As a Senior Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting initial client intake and screening assessments. You will work closely with clients to develop and review individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough initial screening assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification (or equivalent)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work purposes
  • Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
