The Role

As a Key Account Manager for Retail Solutions at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for managing relationships, identifying, and implementing business solutions to drive customer revenue. This role requires strong customer-facing experience, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility. Key responsibilities include managing enterprise accounts, serving as the primary contact with high integrity, and providing leadership within the company.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 5 or more years of account management, customer service, or business experience. Retail industry experience is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required.
