The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, residents, and visitors.
About the Job
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
- Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
- Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Managing a roster of 80 staff members.
- Experience in the aged care sector is highly desirable.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent presentation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Professional, confident, and clear communication skills.
