The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, residents, and visitors.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
  • Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
  • Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Managing a roster of 80 staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the aged care sector is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional, confident, and clear communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and consistently reliable.
