Albany, Western Australia Cam Can Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Do you have a passion to help people?  Would you like the work you do to make a difference in a person's life?  Would you like to experience personal growth and learn new skills through on-the-job training and short courses, all while getting paid?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions, please read on.

At Cam Can, we're all about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.  To do this, we create innovative, personalised and sustainable arrangements that maximise people's control over available resources and choice.

It is fundamental in how Cam Can help people that all our support workers are individually matched to the Cam Can member they will be supporting. You need to be a good fit.

We are looking for Support Worker's with a caring and understanding approach, who listen and respond to both emotional and practical needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and respectful, with a flexible attitude and a genuine desire to support others in achieving their NDIS goals.

Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a proactive attitude are essential. Experience in care or support roles is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. We are presently recruiting for casual support workers to support our Members in Wellstead, Denmark and Albany. We are happy to talk to people who may only be available at various times of the day or evening. We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements with the right applicants.
