The Opportunity

Join Pivot Support Services' dynamic and caring team as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician/Psychologist, within our Albany, WA office.

As an Allied Health Professional within our NDIS team, your primary role is to support NDIS participants with assessment, planning and delivery of disability related health supports. Possibility to provide allied health services under other funding streams such as Medicare Better Access Initiative. As an Allied Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality health and wellbeing services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as counselling, psychotherapy, and rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pivot Support Services' mental health and wellbeing services

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or allied health discipline (e.g., social work, psychology, occupational therapy)
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of mental health and wellbeing services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the organisation
