Carrier Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead the expansion of our carrier sales and telecom wholesale business in Australia and Oceania.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Australian telecom ecosystem, including Tier 1/2 operators, MVNOs, data centre, and cloud partners. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and regional telecom carriers, and actively promoting our global ICT and Go-Overseas offerings to enable outbound and inbound solutions for Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive carrier sales and revenue growth in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom carriers, ISPs, and wholesale providers
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges
- Assess competitive positioning and recommend strategies to differentiate our offerings in the APAC market
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carrier sales or telecom wholesale business; prior experience in Australia is preferred
- Proven track record of building strong carrier partnerships and delivering sales results
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for regional collaboration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
