Job Title: Workforce Scheduler

The Star Entertainment Group is looking for a skilled Workforce Scheduler to join their team. As a key member of the workforce planning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our team members regarding rostering, payroll and policy-related queries to achieve a one-stop guest service solution.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can demonstrate your skills and contribute to overall organisational goals. You will work closely with the Workforce Planning Manager to coordinate daily operational staffing requirements, update rosters, prepare and finalise time files for payroll processing, and provide exceptional guest service to the team member base.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Update rosters to coordinate daily operational staffing requirements
  • Ensure inbox and messaging systems requests are actioned on a daily basis
  • Prepare and finalise time files for payroll processing with high-level accuracy
  • Ensure all allocated rostered team members records are accurate and maintained in the rostering database, including leave, absenteeism, turnover and resignations
  • Provide exceptional guest service to the team member base, on rostering, time and attendance payroll and policy-related queries
