Job Title: Workshop Administrator

A highly skilled administrator is required to oversee workshop operations, coordinate accounts and streamline service processes using ERP systems.

About the Role:

  • Manage day-to-day workshop activities, including scheduling, job tracking, quoting and customer communication
  • Improve ERP/workshop management systems (Odoo or similar)
  • Ensure accurate use of computer systems for vehicle service history, job cards and maintenance tracking
  • Train technicians in digital systems and ensure process adherence
  • Monitor workflows for accuracy and efficiency across servicing jobs
  • Assist with procurement and inventory record management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in administration and accounts in a mechanical environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and workshop management software (Odoo or similar)
  • Understanding of vehicle servicing systems – logging and managing service records, job cards, inspections and compliance documents
  • A systems thinker who can identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital maintenance schedules and service tracking systems
  • Bookkeeping or finance-related qualifications
  • Experience setting up or optimising ERP/workshop systems
