Industrial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to undergo comprehensive training to become a skilled Industrial Operations Specialist within our team.
This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for meeting daily production and quality targets, maintaining a daily focus on health and safety, following all work instructions, policies, and procedures, and performing various tasks related to grain intake and finished product testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to work with computer systems and operate mill control systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Current Drivers and Forklift licence
- Relevant tickets to perform tasks or willingness to obtain
