Ramvek is seeking an experienced professional to manage the delivery of multiple projects within the shopfitting space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the successful completion of projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with building specifications and standards
  • Managing head contractor OHS and sub-contractual requirements
  • Coordinating tender interviews and contract letting, including subcontractor negotiations
  • Managing the financial aspects of projects
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project programs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

About You

  • Experience in commercial or retail fit-outs project management or a relevant building/trade background
  • Experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role
  • Strong financial acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong understanding of project management within the construction industry, with experience in fit-out and refurbishment a plus
  • Understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Problem-solving and a can-do attitude
