About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Wellbeing Services Coordinator to join our Ipswich team. As a Wellbeing Services Coordinator, you will provide mental health and associated supports to consumers either face-to-face or via telehealth. Your services will be based on your qualifications and level of experience and offered to consumers across the lifespan.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or graduate diploma in counselling, allied health services, behavioural services, social work or similar. You will be able to deliver and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions both in-person and via telehealth.

You will work collaboratively with team members, other Edmen Service Streams, and key stakeholders including other healthcare professionals and external organisations. The role is permanent part-time with flexible hours and working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload ratio that accommodates program KPIs, working with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice framework.
  • Deliver and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions both in-person and via telehealth.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, other Edmen Service Streams, and key stakeholders.
