Job Overview

As a Senior Service Manager APAC, you will oversee the service team in the APAC region, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase service sales and contract management revenue.
  2. Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure aligned operations across the organization.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior management at both customer and company levels.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  5. Support the implementation of lifecycle plans for key customers.
  6. Resolve complex issues through effective escalation management.
Requirements:
  1. More than 5 years of international service management experience.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities to build lasting relationships.
  3. Background in automated handling systems or system integration, with an understanding of critical systems.
  4. Experience working with third-party service providers and subcontractors.
  5. Knowledge of service contracts is beneficial.
  6. Technical or Commercial Master's degree.
  7. Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
  8. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  9. Ability to travel within the APAC region and to HQ (up to 40%).
  10. Drive for continuous improvement, commercial acumen, and team-building skills.
Work Pattern:

Daytime hours with flexibility for major escalations outside regular office hours.
