Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Sales Administrator within our Commercial team at our Queensland Office. This full-time position involves providing essential administrative, data, and reporting support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Conducting data entry and generating sales reports for management and team members.
  • Assisting in inventory oversight, troubleshooting issues, and compiling reports.
  • Managing data entry and procurement of supplies for the team.
  • Supporting financial operations through accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings for management and team members.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring office cleanliness.

It is crucial for the candidate to adhere to safety protocols and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to comply with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and initiative.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritization.
  • Attention to detail and a quick learner of new systems.
