The role of a Part Time Roster Coordination Officer is to efficiently coordinate and manage the allocation of client services, rostering of Community Support Workers and other clinical team members. The officer will be responsible for ensuring that all client services are allocated in a timely and responsive manner.
About The JobThis role is ideal for an individual with experience working in a fast-paced rostering office. Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care are highly regarded, as well as experience in the Aged Care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the efficient allocation of client services.
- Manage scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely database updates.
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information regarding services.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
