Amazon Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon account manager to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal performance and growth across Amazon platforms.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, Amazon account optimization, including product listings, pricing strategies, and ad promotions.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales departments, to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges or account-related issues promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience in Amazon account management, and a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and other Amazon tools.

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney with 3 days a week in our office. Applicants must have the necessary working rights for Australia.
