Rippling is seeking an accomplished Technical Account Manager to join our Global TAM team in Sydney. This role will play a key part in our dedicated Technical Account Management organisation, where you will work closely with our rapidly scaling and maturing globally headquartered customers.
As a Technical Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our customers, demonstrate where Rippling can solve their problems, and drive adoption of our product suite. You will own key admin relationships, develop account strategy, and provide an impeccable customer experience along the way.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for Australia-based customers and take ownership of retaining a book of business
- Provide support to US-based customers expanding into Australia as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and represent the Voice of the Customer for Australian customer needs
- Drive increased adoption of key features, new product releases, and best practices
- Swiftly prioritise and resolve critical customer issues
- 3+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role
- Experience with payroll strongly preferred, bonus points for HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and adaptability skills
- Proven experience as an account manager with a scaled book of business
- Track record of building strong customer relationships
