
Reward Specialist

The reward function plays a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced reward consultant to support our team in the design and implementation of performance and remuneration frameworks.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing timely and accurate advice, insights, and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders on performance and remuneration matters
- Assisting in the design and implementation of performance, reward, and recognition frameworks and strategies
- Supporting the delivery of cyclical reward processes, including the Annual Remuneration Review, and business-as-usual activities such as conducting market benchmarking and salary survey activities
- Preparing and maintaining data models to support reward analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve service delivery
- Developing in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward, identifying emerging trends impacting the Group's reward strategies and frameworks
This is an entry-level reward role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in reward, with opportunities to develop deep technical expertise and broad consulting capabilities.

While prior experience in reward is not essential, the following will be highly regarded:
- Exposure to HR, finance, or data analysis through internships, graduate programs, or entry-level roles
- Familiarity with Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of remuneration principles or market benchmarking
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle)
- Understanding of the financial services environment
