Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and rewards programs that align with our organization's Global Total Rewards framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Global Compensation Initiatives: Develop and deliver global compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups, ensuring alignment with our organization's total rewards strategy.
  • Support Global Rewards Processes: Provide support for global rewards processes, including annual salary reviews, budget planning, and salary structure updates.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of compensation data to ensure equal pay reviews and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Total Rewards Compliance: Ensure local compliance with total rewards guidelines and documentation, recommending updates to compensation-related policies, procedures, and forms as needed.
About You
  • You have strong analytical skills and numerical acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • You are an effective communicator with excellent presentation and interaction skills, able to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • You have expertise in market policies and practices, with the ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • You have experience with strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework, and more.
  • You possess advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to visualize and analyze data effectively.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have previous experience working with compensation programs, with a proven track record of success.
