
Reward Specialist

We are seeking a Performance and Reward Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our performance and reward team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by providing expert advice on performance and reward strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing salary survey submissions, ensuring accurate benchmarking across the business, coordinating international assignments and ensuring compliance with local approvals, acting as the local contact for internationally mobile employees, benchmarking roles using leading survey providers, supporting the annual performance and remuneration review processes, and providing project management support for reward initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders, and to make a meaningful impact on the organization's overall performance and success.
Requirements- 2+ years' experience with Workday – essential experience
- 2+ years' experience in international mobility (highly regarded)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
