Job Title: Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a reward specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in reward concepts, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with thorough analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior client partners in delivering reward advice to clients.
- Deliver accurate and timely work with thorough analysis.
- Conduct research, gather data from public sources, and develop pitch decks under supervision.
- Provide critical support across various engagements, including salary analysis and remuneration benchmarking, market trend reviews, reward strategy development, short- and long-term incentive plan redesign, and compliance effectiveness reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Psychology, Finance, Human Resources Strategy, Economics, Analytics) or higher preferred.
- Previous business experience (1-2 years), preferably with demonstrated interest in reward/remuneration, and/or executive remuneration specifically.
- Strong numerical reasoning, verbal and written communication skills, and Excel proficiency.
- Comfort working with large datasets, developing visual representations of trends, and interpreting financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
