Project Scheduling Professional

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduling Professional to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • Conduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of work
  • Populate work orders & work-packs with tasks, discipline hours, materials, specialist vendor requirements, PMRs and other services required to execute the work
  • Plan and schedule preventative workorders, ensure statutory testing and compliance is maintained
  • Reserve all stock materials, identify part numbers and all information required for the purchase of non-stock items
  • Take feedback on the work at the completion of the job and continually improve information for future work
  • Create job specific task lists, update critical BoM's
  • Participate in the development & control of area budgets
  • Provide pro-active, constructive and innovative input which will enhance present practices
  • Demonstrate a pro-active role in identifying safety improvements

To be successful in this role, you will have 5-10 years' experience in project planning and scheduling, demonstrated experience using Primavera 6, exposure to a major heavy-industry project environment, particularly shutdown experience, demonstrated experience in monitoring and reporting on key package milestones, experience in interfacing with contractor planning teams and working with the cost management team.

Full working rights in Australia are required for this role.
